Peter Profile Picture 3

A third generation General Contractor, I started my career at the age of 16, working summers and weekends for my family's general construction firm. By the age of 19, I was managing kitchen renovations, residential additions, and other projects.

After graduating from college (metallurgical engineering and architecture), I obtained my first General Contractor license (New York, followed by California) and worked for numerous residential and commercial developers and builders in various supervisory and project management roles. The projects ranged from hotels and restaurants to production homes and custom high-end residences for professional athletes.

In my 25+ years as a General Contractor - working for others as well as running my own company - I've accumulated vast practical experience in commercial, residential, and industrial construction.

Today, I specialize in interior work for medical facilities, hotels, multi-family residential complexes, high-density residential, restaurants, offices, retail outlets, and other commercial businesses.

My background as a General Contractor - with deep managerial and field experience in commercial design and development, construction, and renovation - gives me a unique advantage over many other companies in the commercial interior finishing industry. Which equates to smoother running projects with far fewer headaches.

Some of the commercial interior projects I've recently completed include...
